Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, please return your order in its original, unused condition and we will refund you the purchase price of the items returned plus any applicable sales tax. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

We will deduct shipping costs from your refund if your return is not due to our error.

Exchange for Damaged Item

Because all Dundies and accessories are hand-made they may vary slightly in size, color, shape, or other such small detail. We cannot guaranty that they will all look exactly alike; however, we do guaranty the quality of our product. If in the unlikely event you receive a Dundy or accessory that arrives in a damaged condition, we will ship an exact replacement to you free of charge within 7 to 14 business days upon receiving the damaged return. Important! We must have written contact via e-mail (ccdundy@yahoo.com) from you within 7 days of receipt if your Dundy or accessory arrives damaged; otherwise, the above stated guaranty is not applicable.

We use the United States Postal Service and USPS Priority Mail for all shipping. The following is a list of shipping and handling charges for addressees in the United States applied per order and per address. For shipments outside the United States, shipping and handling charges will be quoted upon request.
